De uitdaging: Als operationeel inkoper schakel je veel met je directe collega's maar ook met leveranciers in binnen-en, voornamelijk, buitenland. Samen met de Inkoper ben je regelmatig in contact met telers om de planning en volumes te bespreken. Je vindt het leuk om samen te werken en nieuwe dingen te leren. Goed plannen zit in jouw aard en je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Je houdt van werken in een dynamische werkomgeving. Op dagelijkse basis ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor het: - Verwerken van inkooporders, van binnenkomst tot afsluiten; - Plannen van productie orders om te zorgen voor voldoende voorraad; - Maken van een volumeplanning op dag- en weekbasis; - Contact met leveranciers over de planning en programma; - Contact met de logistieke afdeling voor de planning van inkomende inkooporders; - Maken van de planning met de inkopers; - Afstemmen van de verkoopverwachting met de verkopers. Als Operationeel Inkoper ga je het inkoop vak van scratch af aan leren. Je werkt nauw samen met de Inkoper als zijnde rechterhand. Jij hebt: - MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Minimaal 1 jaar relevante werkervaring in een soort gelijke rol; - Goede kennis van MS Office, kennis van Navision is een pré; - Cijfermatig inzicht, goede beheersing van Excel; - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
