Een belangrijke rol binnen onze organisatie, waarin je dagelijks schakelt tussen onze kwekers, klanten en het verkoopteam. Met jouw marktkennis, analyses en advies zorg je voor een onderscheidend assortiment, dat perfect aansluit bij de commerciële en strategische doelen van Royal Lemkes. Jouw rol als Inkoper Tuinplanten In deze rol combineer je tactische inkoop met strategisch leveranciers- en productgroep management. Je onderhoudt intensief contact met een divers netwerk van leveranciers, ondersteunt bij klantgesprekken en draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor een productgroep binnen de categorie tuinplanten. Daarnaast speel je een rol in het inkopen en verder vormgeven van het importpakket vanuit Zuid-Europa. Wat je onder andere gaat doen: - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop van het tuinplantenassortiment voor onze klantsegmenten supermarkten, bouwmarkten en tuincentra. - Op basis van de marktontwikkelingen adviseer je onze accountmanagers en klanten om tot de beste keuzes voor het tuinplantenassortiment te komen. - Je houdt overzicht over jouw leveranciersportfolio en de structuur van jouw productgroepen. - Je analyseert prestaties en zet verbeteracties in gang. - Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van de afdelingen Inkoop, Verkoop, Quality Assurance, en Commerciële Binnendienst.
