Ben jij technisch onderlegd en heb je een passie voor productieprocessen? Voor ons verpakkingsproces zijn wij op zoek naar een inpak specialist die zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt. In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel en efficiënt laten draaien van de verpakkingslijn. Je stelt apparatuur in, voert controles uit, lost storingen op en houdt alles nauwkeurig in de gaten via het bedieningspaneel.

Wat ga je doen? • Instellen, afstellen en testen van verpakkingsmachines volgens de planning • Bewaken en optimaliseren van procesinstellingen via controlepanelen • Instrueren en begeleiden van lijnmedewerkers tijdens het productieproces • Signaleren van storingen en afwijkingen en deze zelfstandig verhelpen • Uitvoeren van kleine reparaties aan machines; bij grotere problemen schakel je de technische dienst in • Waarborgen van kwaliteit, veiligheid en een soepel verloop van het verpakkingsprocesWat vragen wij van jou?

Voor deze functie zoeken wij iemand die:

• Mbo-diploma richting Techniek (niveau 3/4) • 1 tot 3 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie • Kennis van verpakkingslijnen en industriële automatiseringssystemen • Ervaring met procesverbetering en optimalisatie is een pré • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijkWat bieden wij jou?
