The posting

Als Inpakmedewerker sta je in voor het correct en nauwkeurig sorteren en verpakken van producten.

Je werkt volgens duidelijke procedures en hebt voortdurend aandacht voor kwaliteit. Goed kunnen tellen en rekenen is hierbij essentieel: je controleert aantallen en zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct worden verwerkt en verpakt.

Je werkt voornamelijk zelfstandig en bent verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig signaleren van fouten of afwijkingen. Je denkt mee, ziet verbanden en anticipeert waar mogelijk op problemen.

Het gaat om een tijdelijke functie van ongeveer 8 à 9 maanden, met een snelle opstart in dagploeg. Je werkdag start om 6 uur.

Jouw taken

  • Sorteren van producten volgens de geldende richtlijnen.
  • Verpakken en klaarmaken van producten voor verzending.
  • Nauwkeurig controleren van aantallen en verpakkingen.
  • Fouten en afwijkingen tijdig opsporen en melden.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Correct interpreteren en opvolgen van werkinstructies.
  • Zelfstandig organiseren en uitvoeren van de toegewezen werkzaamheden.
  • Problemen of mogelijke fouten tijdig signaleren en hierop anticiperen.
  • Zorgen voor een ordelijke en efficiënte werkplek.
  • Samenwerken met collega's wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.

We zoeken vooral iemand met een goede werkmentaliteit, die betrouwbaar is en nauwkeurig te werk gaat.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt minimaal over een diploma secundair onderwijs.
  • Je spreekt, leest en begrijpt zeer goed Nederlands.
  • Je kan goed tellen en rekenen. Dit is een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie.
  • Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen.
  • Je bent een volhouder en geeft niet snel op wanneer iets moeilijker wordt.
  • Je kan verbanden leggen en beschikt over voldoende inzicht om situaties goed in te schatten.
  • Je merkt fouten of afwijkingen snel op.
  • Je kan anticiperen op mogelijke problemen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en op een respectvolle manier met collega's.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om je gedurende de volledige opdracht in te zetten.
  • Ervaring als inpakmedewerker of in een gelijkaardige productieomgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een positieve en professionele werkhouding.
