In deze rol als Inside Sales Engineer werk je in het hart van de aandrijftechniek. Je schakelt de hele dag door met klanten en accountmanagers en vertaalt technische vragen naar commerciële kansen. ✓ Telefonisch promoten en verkopen van een technisch productenportfolio in de aandrijftechniek ✓ Zelfstandige rol in een internationale organisatie met informele werksfeer ✓ Goed salaris boven de industriestandaard, CAO Metalektro, 27 verlofdagen + 13 ATV-dagen en bonusregeling wat ga je doen? Als Inside Sales Engineer ben je de technische én commerciële spil tussen klanten en de buitendienst. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Telefonisch promoten en verkopen van het volledige productenportfolio in aandrijftechniek - Optreden als eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen van klanten uit o.a. bouw, landbouw, mijnbouw en industrie - Opstellen van offertes en verwerken van aanvragen in SAP - Ondersteunen van accountmanagers en nauw samenwerken met collega's van andere afdelingen - Actief opvolgen van leads en identificeren van nieuwe verkoopkansen - Bewaken van levertijden en klanten proactief informeren over de status - Bijhouden van marktontwikkelingen en signaleren van kansen richting verkoop - Zorgen voor correcte administratieve vastlegging van klant- en ordergegevens Waar kom je te werken? Je komt te werken bij een internationaal service-, verkoop- en kenniscentrum in Alphen aan den Rijn, gespecialiseerd in mobiele aandrijflijn- en aansturingsoplossingen.
