Voor een toonaangevende maritieme klant in het Antwerpse zoeken we een Inside Sales Agent voor de afdeling export. Je zal een essentiële rol gaan spelen in het beheren van klantrelaties binnen jouw toegewezen vaargebied. Je hoofddoel is tweeledig: enerzijds draag je bij aan de groei van het bedrijf door actief te prospecteren bij zowel bestaande als potentiële klanten, en anderzijds fungeer je als het primaire aanspreekpunt voor bestaande klanten. Verder bestaat jouw takenpakket nog uit:

  • Uitsturen en opvolgen van offertes
  • Opvolgen van boekingen en communiceren met klanten en laadhavens
  • Correct registreren van gemaakte prijsafspraken in het interne systeem
  • Nauwlettend volgen van belangrijkste prestatie-indicatoren (KPI’s)
  • Oplossen van vrachtdisputen
  • Verzamelen van marktinformatie en opvolgen van concurrentie

Wie zoeken we:

  • Je hebt een Bachelor Logistiek Management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een commerciële rol in de maritieme sector
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van de Nederlandse, Engelse en Franse taal
  • Je bent communicatief en commercieel ingesteld
  • Je kunt prioriteiten stellen en ad hoc beslissingen nemen
  • Scherpe deadlines vormen voor jou geen probleem
  • Je staat sterk in je schoenen
  • Je zorgt voor een optimale en nauwkeurige dienstverlening
