Opgericht in 2017, mozzeno is een 100% digitale Belgische kredietverstrekker die zich heeft gevestigd als een belangrijke speler op de kredietmarkt.

Elke dag helpen wij particulieren en bedrijven om hun projecten te financieren via een eenvoudig, snel en volledig digitaal proces. Onze kracht ligt in een unieke combinatie van technologie en menselijke begeleiding, waardoor wij een efficiënte en gepersonaliseerde service kunnen bieden.

Daarnaast stellen wij investeerders in staat om actief de reële economie in België te ondersteunen door de kredieten te financieren die door mozzeno worden toegekend.

Gevestigd in Louvain-la-Neuve en momenteel in volle groei, is mozzeno op zoek naar een Inside Sales Broker (NL/FR) om het team te versterken.

Jouw functie

Sinds de oprichting steunt mozzeno op een digitaal model gebaseerd op directe klantacquisitie. Om de groei verder te ondersteunen, ontwikkelt het bedrijf vandaag een indirect kanaal via partner-makelaars, met als doel de volumes te verhogen en de acquisitiebronnen te diversifiëren.

Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een sleutelprofiel om dit groeiende kanaal te structureren, aan te sturen en verder te ontwikkelen:

  • Je identificeert nieuwe potentiële makelaars (voornamelijk interne/digitale prospectie) en neemt deel aan de contactname en de voorstelling van mozzeno;
  • Je staat in voor de onboarding van nieuwe partners (processen, tools, werking);
  • Je bent het dagelijkse aanspreekpunt voor onze partners (vragen, aanvragen, …) en zorgt voor een kwalitatieve, proactieve en duurzame relatie;
  • Je volgt de activiteit van de makelaars op een gestructureerde en regelmatige manier op (volume, kwaliteit van dossiers, conversie);
  • Je hanteert een proactieve aanpak door onze partners te begeleiden en te stimuleren om de activiteit te versterken en de volumes te verhogen;
  • Bij dalende prestaties ben je in staat de oorzaken te identificeren en corrigerende acties te implementeren;
  • Je verzamelt feedback van partners en werkt samen met collega’s aan de verbetering van processen en de partnerervaring.
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig of Franstalig, met een uitstekende beheersing van de andere taal (min. C1);
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel aan de telefoon, met een goede affiniteit voor een B2B-omgeving;
  • 2 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een commerciële functie of in de opvolging van partners/klanten;
  • Een eerste ervaring in de financiële sector (krediet, bank, verzekering, makelaardij) is een pluspunt;
  • Je bent in staat om meerdere partners/dossiers tegelijk gestructureerd op te volgen;
  • Je hebt een analytische mindset en kan KPI’s (volumes, conversieratio’s, partneractiviteit) opvolgen en interpreteren om resultaten te optimaliseren;
  • Je bent proactief, autonoom en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
