Je bouwt relaties op met klanten, denkt commercieel mee en weet kansen te signaleren én te benutten. - Actief benaderen van (potentiële) klanten binnen de dentale branche; - Opvolgen en analyseren van leads en klantgegevens; - Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en prijsvergelijkingen; - Adviseren van klanten over onze producten en diensten; - Promoten van ons unieke bestelsysteem Basiq Flow; - Geven van online demo's aan geïnteresseerde tandartspraktijken; - Onderhouden en uitbouwen van klantrelaties. Wat verwachten wij van jou? Jij bent communicatief sterk, commercieel gedreven en vindt het leuk om klanten verder te helpen. Je schakelt makkelijk, werkt zelfstandig en krijgt energie van resultaten behalen. - Beheers je de Duitse taal uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Heb je ervaring met telesales of commerciële binnendienst; - Heb je bij voorkeur ervaring met CRM-systemen; - Ben je proactief, klantgericht en resultaatgericht; - Vind je het leuk om telefonisch contact te hebben en relaties op te bouwen.
