Wat ga je doen:Als Inside Sales Medewerker ben jij de schakel tussen de klant, je collega's en verschillende interne afdelingen. Klanten komen bij jou met een vraag en jij zorgt ervoor dat deze wordt vertaald naar een passende oplossing. Je hebt veel contact met klanten, maakt offertes, verwerkt orders en stemt af met bijvoorbeeld productie en planning. Je houdt het proces goed in de gaten en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Daarnaast kijk je ook commercieel mee. Zie je kansen bij een klant of ontdek je een interessante doelgroep? Dan denk je mee over hoe je hierop kunt inspelen. Samen met marketing vertaal je signalen uit de markt naar nieuwe commerciële kansen. Over het bedrijf:Als Inside sales medewerker kom je te werken vanuit het nieuw gebouwde kantoor in Berkel-Enschot. Naast het kantoor zit het magazijn waarin elke week nieuwe zendingen worden ontvangen. In de showroom staan alle producten uitgestald waar je samen met klanten de nieuwste producten kan laten zien. Het is een fijne, dynamische en internationale omgeving waar je op een informele manier samen gaat werken met je team. In het begin krijg je een buddy die je meeneemt waardoor je het bedrijf snel leert kennen. Vereisten:- Je hebt een MBO+ of HBO opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in een commerciële richting; - Je bent commercieel, proactief en nauwkeurig; - Je vindt het leuk om met klanten mee te denken; - Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en Engels; - Duits is mooi meegenomen; - Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een pluspunt; - Je bent nieuwsgierig en vindt het leuk om nieuwe producten en oplossingen te leren kennen.
