Inside Sales Medewerker Service Educational attainment: Lower (cycle) secondary education Motrac Een servicemonteur staat bij een klant naast een heftruck met versleten banden. De klant stelt de vraag die we elke dag horen: wat kost het om dit te repareren? De monteur seint jou in, jij zet de prijs op een rij en belt de klant nog dezelfde dag. "Prima, regel het maar." Als Inside Sales Medewerker Service bij Motrac zorg jij dat klanten snel weten waar ze aan toe zijn zodat klantbehoeftes niet blijven liggen. Jouw rol bij Motrac Via ons plansysteem komen dagelijks zo'n 25 offerteaanvragen bij je binnen, compleet met de bevindingen van onze monteurs, de onderdelen en de arbeidstijd. Jij maakt daar offertes van die kloppen, en dan begint je echte werk. Je wacht niet tot een klant reageert, je belt zelf. Je legt uit wat de monteur heeft gezien, wat de reparatie kost en waarom het slim is om er nu iets aan te doen. Zo ben jij eigenaar van het hele traject, van aanvraag tot akkoord. Je kijkt ook verder dan de werkbon van vandaag. Onze servicemonteurs zien bij klanten meer dan in een rapport past: een batterij die zijn beste tijd gehad heeft, banden die het nog even volhouden maar niet lang meer. Samen met hen vang je die koopsignalen op en doe je de klant een voorstel voordat die er zelf om vraagt. Geen verkooppraatje, maar service zoals een klant van Linde die verwacht. Klanten gunnen ons de handel omdat ze op ons kunnen rekenen. Die gunfactor bouw jij elke dag verder uit door slimmer en klantgerichter te werken dan ze gewend zijn. Hoe eerder jouw offerte akkoord is, hoe eerder die truck weer rijdt. En hoe je dat proces nog beter maakt? Daar heb jij een flinke vinger in de pap. Een greep uit je werkzaamheden - Je stelt offertes op voor reparaties op basis van bevindingen van servicemonteurs en uitvraag bij de klant; - Je volgt offertes actief op via telefoon en e-mail; - Je werkt samen met service coördinatoren en andere afdeling...
