Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt voor een professionele opvolging van vragen, aanvragen en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Je onderhoudt sterke relaties met bestaande klanten en detecteert mogelijkheden om de samenwerking verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je ondersteunt de commerciële werking en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen sales, administratie en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Je volgt dossiers nauwkeurig op en zorgt ervoor dat klanten steeds kunnen rekenen op een uitstekende service.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de organisatie van commerciële activiteiten en neemt deel aan beurzen en evenementen in binnen- en buitenland.

Wie ben jij als Inside Sales Officer?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau of hebt relevante ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienstfunctie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en denkt actief mee in oplossingen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en behoudt het overzicht, ook in drukke periodes.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die graag samenwerkt met verschillende interne stakeholders.
