The posting

Inside Sales Specialist Als Inside Sales Specialist bij ARAS ondersteun je de Accountmanagers en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor commerciële vragen van klanten. Dit kunnen vragen zijn over de prijs of voorraad van bepaalde producten of het aanmaken van offertes maar ook bijvoorbeeld technische vragen. Deze vragen handel je in de meeste gevallen zelf af maar wanneer het te technisch is kun je het neerleggen bij de Support Engineers.

Daarnaast geef je telefonisch advies over de beveiligingssystemen en werk je offertes uit. Klanten bellen je op met vragen over beveiligingsoplossingen, zoals het plaatsen van beveiligingscamera's aan hun pand. Wanneer het probleem van de klant erg gecompliceerd is, kun je het doorkoppelen naar de Accountmanager. Maar vaak kun je zelf al een advies bij de klant voorleggen en een offerte opstellen. Door goed door te vragen, zorg je ervoor dat je het probleem en de wens van de klant goed begrijpt en kun je aan de hand daarvan een advies uitwerken. Ten slotte voer je af en toe kleine administratieve taken uit, zoals het verstrekken van inlogcodes en het doorvoeren van adreswijzigingen.

Je komt te werken op de afdeling Inside Sales, samen met drie andere Inside Sales Specialisten. Samen verwerken jullie binnenkomende mails en telefonische gesprekken en verdelen jullie de taken onderling. Ieder werkt in principe aan zijn of haar eigen projecten, maar je kunt elkaar elk moment aan de mouw trekken om te overleggen en ideeën uit te wisselen. Verder werk je nauw samen met de Account- en Product Managers en klop je regelmatig aan bij de Support Engineers voor hun technische expertise.

ARAS Security is een familiebedrijf en er hangt in de hele organisatie een open sfeer met een vlakke hiërarchie. Je kunt overal binnenlopen en bij iedereen aankloppen voor advies of gewoon een persoonlijk gesprek.
