Functie

Als Inside Sales Specialist ben jij het inhoudelijke en commerciële aanspreekpunt voor een portefeuille van internationale B2B-klanten. Je combineert een warme, relationele aanpak met een scherpe commerciële reflex om upsell-kansen te benutten en de interne afhandeling vlekkeloos te laten verlopen.

  • Je beheert en verdiept bestaande klantenrelaties, volgt commerciële aanvragen op en detecteert proactief cross- en upsell-opportuniteiten.
  • Je stelt nauwkeurige offertes op, bewaakt het volledige proces van order tot levering in het ERP/CRM-systeem en waarborgt een hoge servicegraad.
  • Je denkt actief mee over het structureren van interne workflows, houdt overzicht in complexe dossiers en helpt de administratieve werking te professionaliseren.
  • Je brengt energie en eigenaarschap op de afdeling en helpt collega's om vanuit een meer commerciële mindset te werken.
  • Je schakelt intensief met logistiek, marketing en externe partners om afspraken met klanten stipt en correct na te komen

Profiel

  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring, bent commercieel ingesteld en herkent verkoopkansen.
  • Je hebt een commerciële achtergrond in B2B inside/internal sales, account support, binnendienst of B2B customer success.
  • Je bent in bezit van een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office, kennis van SAP of extra talen (naast het vereiste NL/ENG) is een mooie plus.
