Maak het verschil als Inside Sales Teamlead vanuit Amersfoort Als Inside Sales Teamlead ben jij de verbindende factor tussen het management en de internationale commerciële binnendienst. Je brengt overzicht in de dagelijkse operatie, helpt collega's bij commerciële en operationele vraagstukken en zorgt dat klantprocessen zorgvuldig en efficiënt verlopen. Je werkt intensief samen met teams in Nederland en Duitsland en neemt de leiding in specifieke klantcases wanneer dat nodig is. Met jouw coachende stijl bouw je aan een sterke samenwerking, duidelijke werkafspraken en een team waarin mensen verantwoordelijkheid nemen en zich verder ontwikkelen. Kortom, jij pakt de regie bij het: - aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van het Inside Sales-team op verschillende locaties in Nederland en Duitsland, met Amersfoort als standplaats; - fungeren als schakel tussen het management en de binnendienst; - verbeteren en optimaliseren van commerciële en operationele processen; - beoordelen, vrijgeven en controleren van grotere orders, offertes en creditaanvragen; - beantwoorden van operationele en commerciële vragen vanuit het team en het actief meewerken aan passende oplossingen.
