Voor onze klant gelegen te Genk, die een full-service dienstverlener zijn in onderhoud en herstellingen van industriële aandrijvingen en pompen, zijn wij op zoek naar een Inside Technical Sales Medewerker

Ben jij technisch aangelegd, commercieel ingesteld en krijg je energie van klanten helpen? Dan hebben wij een mooie oppor­tuni­teit voor jou. Samen help je de klanten om hun machineprestaties te optimalise­ren, met maximale efficiëntie en minimale zorgen. Klaar om hieraan mee te bouwen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

Jouw functie

  • Als Interne Sales Medewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen de klanten, leveranciers en collega's.
  • Je combineert technisch inzicht met een klantgerichte aanpak en zorgt voor een vlotte commerciële opvolging.
  • Je adviseert klanten professioneel en oplossingsgericht, voornamelijk via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Je onderhoudt nauw contact met leveranciers en werkt intensief samen met je collega’s en vertegenwoordigers.
  • Je behandelt technische vragen die via verschillende kanalen binnenkomen (telefonisch, mail of aan de toonbank) en vertaalt deze naar concrete oplossingen.
  • Je stelt offertes op en ondersteunt het sales team waar nodig.
  • Je volgt offertes en bestellingen nauwgezet op en houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte van de status.
  • Bij vragen of problemen rond leveringen, garanties of andere dossiers denk je actief mee en bied je gepaste oplossingen aan.
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor Elektro­mechanica of gelijkwaardig.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in aandrijftech­niek en een brede technische affiniteit.
  • Je bent leergierig, enthousiast en gemotiveerd om je voortdurend verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je werkt graag samen in een team en bent flexibel en gedreven.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands
  • Je hebt een commerciële mindset en kan je goed inleven in de noden van klanten.
