Een beschadiging aan het asfalt, een geleiderail die onderhoud nodig heeft of een verkeersvoorziening die niet meer voldoet. Waar anderen gewoon doorrijden, kijk jij juist verder. Als Inspecteur Infra / Assetmanagement breng jij de technische staat van de openbare ruimte nauwkeurig in beeld en zorg je dat de juiste onderhoudsmaatregelen kunnen worden genomen. Je bent veel buiten aanwezig, voert inspecties uit en vertaalt jouw bevindingen naar duidelijke rapportages en praktisch onderhoudsadvies. Daarmee vorm je de belangrijke schakel tussen wat buiten gebeurt en hoe onderhoud vervolgens wordt voorbereid en uitgevoerd. Je bent iemand die nauwkeurig kijkt en niet alleen registreert dát er iets aan de hand is, maar ook begrijpt wat een bevinding betekent voor het toekomstige onderhoud. Je beschikt over: - MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Technische affiniteit met infra, GWW of openbare ruimte; - Kennis van CROW- en NEN-richtlijnen; - Ervaring met inspectiewerkzaamheden is een sterke pré; - Affiniteit met beheer en assetmanagement; - Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkwijze; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Het vermogen om technische bevindingen helder vast te leggen en toe te lichten; - Een zelfstandige en proactieve instelling. Je krijgt een zelfstandige functie waarin je techniek, buitenwerk en advies met elkaar combineert. Daarnaast krijg je voldoende ruimte om jouw kennis van inspecties en assetmanagement verder te ontwikkelen en aanvullende opleidingen of trainingen te volgen.
