Jij ziet het al voordat het een probleem wordt. Bruggen, viaducten, tunnels, damwanden en duikers zijn voor de meeste mensen gewoon dingen waar de trein over, onder of langs gaat. Jij kijkt anders. Jij ziet die haarscheur die er gisteren misschien nog niet zat. Die plek waar het beton begint te slijten. Dat detail dat nét niet klopt. En waar een ander denkt: valt wel mee , denk jij: even goed naar kijken . Bij SVO-rail zoeken we een Inspecteur Kunstwerken die niet wacht tot iets een probleem wordt. Als Inspecteur Kunstwerken beoordeel je de technische staat van kunstwerken langs het spoor: van bruggen en viaducten tot tunnels, geluidsschermen en aanverwante constructies. Je voert visuele en technische inspecties uit volgens de geldende normen en ProRail-richtlijnen. Je signaleert schade, slijtage en risico's en legt je bevindingen vast in heldere, goed onderbouwde inspectierapporten. En je kijkt verder dan alleen wat je vandaag ziet. Op basis van jouw bevindingen adviseer je over onderhoud, herstel of vervolgonderzoek. Jij bepaalt dus mede wat nu aandacht nodig heeft, zodat het later geen groter probleem wordt. Wie ben jij? Je hebt een technische achtergrond, bijvoorbeeld in civiele techniek, bouwkunde of iets vergelijkbaars. Je hebt ervaring met het inspecteren van kunstwerken en bij voorkeur ook met de spoorsector. Je kent de relevante NEN-normen, ProRail-voorschriften en inspectiemethodieken. En je kunt een technisch rapport schrijven dat niet alleen technisch klopt, maar ook voor een ander gewoon te begrijpen is. Je hebt letterlijk oog voor detail. Je bent niet bang voor hoogte, krappe ruimtes of een nachtdienst tijdens een buitendienststelling. Ook niet als het regent, waait en je wekker op een tijdstip afgaat waar op nor...
