Wir suchen für unseren Kunden in Vösendorf 1 Installateur/HKLS-Techniker (m/w/d) für Einkaufs- und Freizeitzentrum

Einsatzort: Vösendorf

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Heizung, Klima, Lüftung und/oder Sanitär (Lehre, Fachschule oder HTL)

* Erfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen von Vorteil

* Erfahrung im technischen Gebäudebetrieb bzw. Facility Management wünschenswert

* Der Stelle entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2)

* Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (z. B. Outlook, digitale Dokumentation)

* Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Kundenorientiertes und gewerkeübergreifendes Denken

* Bereitschaft zu Überstunden im Bedarfsfall

* Führerschein B von Vorteil

* Einwandfreier Leumund

Deine zukünftigen Tätigkeiten

* Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine_n engagierte_n Installateur_in bzw. HKLS-Techniker_in für die Betreuung und Instandhaltung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen an einem großen technischen Betriebs- und Einkaufsstandort im Raum südlich von Wien.

* Wartung und Instandhaltung haustechnischer Anlagen

* Fehleranalyse sowie selbstständige Störungsbehebung

* Koordination und Durchführung von Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten

* Vorbereitung von Arbeitsaufträgen (Materialbestellung, Terminplanung etc.)

* Digitale Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten

* Kommunikation mit Vorgesetzten (m/w/d), Kunden und externen Partnerfirmen

* Unterstützung anderer Gewerke im technischen Betrieb

* Mitarbeit in der Betriebsfeuerwehr

* Koordination von Subunternehmen bei Bedarf
