The posting

Bij een leverancier van maritieme elektronica in Rotterdam installeer en commission je navigatie- en communicatieapparatuur voor schepen. Je werkt aan boord en in de werkplaats, met de nadruk op nieuwbouwprojecten verspreid over Nederland. Je zorgt dat apparatuur correct wordt aangesloten, ingesteld en getest voordat deze aan de klant wordt overgedragen. Ook proefvaarten en de bijbehorende opleverdocumentatie horen bij je werk. De rol past bij een elektrotechnisch starter én bij een engineer die zich verder wil ontwikkelen in maritieme elektronica. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je praktisch installatiewerk met systematisch testen en afstemmen met collega's en klanten. Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en houdt oog voor veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid. Tijdens de inbedrijfstelling leer je hoe navigatie- en communicatiesystemen aan boord functioneren en samenwerken. Naast Nederlandse projecten zijn er mogelijkheden om wereldwijd te werken; flexibiliteit in reistijden en werktijden is daarom belangrijk. Functie-inhoud - Navigatie- en communicatieapparatuur installeren aan boord van schepen en in de werkplaats - Apparatuur aansluiten, configureren en in bedrijf stellen - Functionele tests uitvoeren en technische afwijkingen onderzoeken - Proefvaarten begeleiden en de werking van apparatuur controleren - Opleverprotocollen en technische administratie verzorgen - Installaties overdragen aan klanten en de werking toelichten - Afstemmen met collega's en klanten over uitvoering en oplevering Functie-eisen - Een afgeronde opleiding elektrotechniek - Kennis van en affiniteit met de maritieme sector - Vaardigheid met gangbare computersystemen en software - Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en goede beheersing van het Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk - Rijbewijs B en bereidheid om te reizen en buiten kantooruren te werken - Een zelfstandige, nauwkeurige en klantgerichte werkwijze, met heldere communicatie onder tijdsdruk Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.
