Krijg je energie van het aansturen van mensen, het organiseren van werkzaamheden en het realiseren van technische projecten? Dan is de functie van Installation/Site Supervisor bij CCR iets voor jou! In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de projectlocatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden volgens planning worden uitgevoerd, de kwaliteit op orde is en iedereen veilig kan werken. Daarbij combineer je jouw technische kennis met een praktische aanpak en weet je verschillende partijen goed met elkaar te laten samenwerken. Wat wordt van jou verwacht? Als Installation/Site Supervisor coördineer je de werkzaamheden op locatie en stuur je monteurs en externe partijen aan. Je werkt samen met inbedrijfstellers en projectverantwoordelijken aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen de koeltechniek en/of verwarming. Dit kunnen complete projecten zijn, maar ook aanpassingen aan bestaande installaties. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Coördineren en aansturen van werkzaamheden op de projectlocatie. - Realiseren van projecten volgens de afgesproken planning, kwaliteitseisen en het beschikbare budget. - Bewaken van de veiligheid op de werkvloer volgens de geldende EH&S-richtlijnen. - Controleren van materialen en tijdig bijsturen wanneer er afwijkingen ontstaan. - Aansturen van onderaannemers en bewaken van de kwaliteit van hun werkzaamheden. - Zorgen voor een goede samenwerking binnen het projectteam. - Signaleren van verbeterpunten in processen en de uitvoering. - Verzorgen van een correcte en tijdige projectadministratie. - Onderhouden van contact met klanten en zorgen voor een hoge klanttevredenheid. Je bent het aanspreekpunt op locatie en weet wanneer je moet bijsturen om het project succesvol af te ronden. Daarbij houd je oog voor zowel het eindresultaat als de mensen met wie je samenwerkt.
