Wir suchen eine/n 1 Instandhalter für die mechanische Montage (m/w/d) Vollzeitbeschäftigung ab sofort!

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Instandhaltung, Service und eigenverantwortliche Instandsetzung unseres Maschinenparks sowie technischer Vorrichtungen

* Schnelle Störungsanalyse und -behebung zur Gewährleistung maximaler Betriebsbereitschaft

* Aktive Zuarbeit bei der präventiven und vorausschauenden Wartung

* Prozessoptimierung und Mitgestaltung von KVP Maßnahmen (kontinuierliche Verbesserung)

* Nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitungsphase: Teilnahme am rollierenden Rufbereitschaftsdienst sowie lückenlose Protokollierung der Serviceeinsätze

Sie bringen mit:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Metall (oder ein adäquater technischer Background)

* Erste praktische Vorkenntnisse in Fügeverfahren (Schweißen) sowie konventioneller spanabhebender Bearbeitung (Dreherei/Fräserei) sind gerne gesehen, aber kein Ausschlusskriterium

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, präzise und autonome Hands-on-Mentalität gepaart mit schnellem Lernvermögen

* Aufgeschlossener Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke

Unser Angebot:

* 38,5-Stunden-Woche im flexiblen 2-Schicht-Rhythmus (Frühschicht 06:00-15:00

Uhr, Spätschicht 13:00-22:00 Uhr) mit freiem Freitag im 2-Wochen-Takt

* Mindestbruttogehalt von € 3.400,-
