The posting

Bij een producent van siliciumcarbide in Farmsum beheer, ontwikkel en implementeer je de besturingssystemen voor productie-installaties en utiliteitsvoorzieningen, waaronder een eigen energiecentrale. Als instrumentatie engineer verbind je proceskennis met industriële automatisering. Je bewaakt de interfaces tussen PLC, SCADA en kantoorapplicaties, zodat procesgegevens betrouwbaar beschikbaar blijven in databases. Bij modificaties, upgrades en nieuwbouw ben je betrokken van technisch ontwerp tot testen, ingebruikname en overdracht. Je werkt binnen de elektrotechnische dienst en ondersteunt samen met elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige collega's de dagelijkse productie. De ene dag analyseer je een storing of optimaliseer je een HMI, de andere dag beoordeel je een procesontwerp, begeleid je leveranciers of stuur je monteurs aan. Kwaliteit, veiligheid en continuïteit bepalen je keuzes. Met interne en externe opleidingen verdiep je je verder in procesbesturing en systeemintegratie. Je werkt in dagdienst, met incidentele inzet in de avond of het weekend. Functie-inhoud - Onderhouden en optimaliseren van procesbesturingssystemen en analyseren en oplossen van storingen. - Realiseren en beheren van interfaces tussen PLC, SCADA, databases en bedrijfssystemen. - Toetsen van procesontwerpen en opstellen van technische specificaties en projectvoorstellen inclusief budget. - Begeleiden van leveranciersselectie en inkooptrajecten voor automatiseringsprojecten. - Leiden van deelprojecten en aansturen van monteurs op kwaliteit, planning en veiligheid. - Testen, inregelen en integreren van installaties en besturingssystemen. - Opstellen van gebruikersinstructies en overdragen van technische kennis aan collega's. Functie-eisen - Hbo werk- en denkniveau via een technische opleiding of relevante werkervaring, aangevuld met vakgerichte cursussen zoals TIA Portal en PCS7. - Ruime aantoonbare ervaring met PLC- en SCADA-systemen binnen industriële procesautomatisering. - Kennis van.
