Als Intaker Serviceplein bij de gemeente Almelo ben jij de vraagbaak voor alle collega’s die vastlopen met IT, HR of facilitaire vraagstukken. In deze rol combineer je servicegerichtheid met nieuwsgierigheid in een organisatie die in beweging is. Wie ben jij Jij bent een mensgerichte aanpakker die de kunst verstaat om echt te luisteren en situaties binnen no-time te ontrafelen. Met jouw professionele nieuwsgierigheid en doortastende communicatie geef je collega’s direct een vertrouwd gevoel, of ze nu aan de balie staan of je telefonisch spreken.

- Je hebt een afgeronde MBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van administratie, HR, ICT of facilitaire dienstverlening. - Je hebt brede affiniteit met IT, facilitaire zaken of HR en de wil om hier dagelijks meer over te leren. - Je bent klantgericht, stressbestendig en gewend om je verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. - Je bent sterk in analytisch denken met een heldere, betrouwbare en prettige manier van communiceren. - Je bent een organisatietalent dat afspraken altijd nakomt en pas tevreden is als de collega echt geholpen is.
