Op Zonnelaan 202 begeleid je mensen met een verstandelijke beperking en complexe gedragsvragen voor wie relaties niet vanzelfsprekend zijn. Juist daarom werken we met een vast (basis)team, een betrokken gedragsdeskundige en de Triple C-methodiek. Door voorspelbaar te zijn, bieden we veiligheid. Door onvoorwaardelijke ondersteuning te geven, ontstaat ruimte voor vertrouwen, groei en verbinding. Wil jij een team coordineren dat iedere dag het verschil maakt binnen de intensieve zorg? Dan zoeken wij jou. Coördinerend begeleider (32-36 uur) - Huis ter Heide (nabij Zeist) Salaris tot € 4.347,- Wat ga je doen? Als meewerkend coördinerend begeleider ben jij de verbindende kracht binnen het team van Zonnelaan 202. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van zorg, stimuleert de professionele ontwikkeling van collega's en zorgt ervoor dat cliënten kunnen rekenen op een veilige, stabiele en voorspelbare leefomgeving. Je coacht begeleiders in de dagelijkse praktijk, denkt mee over zorginhoudelijke vraagstukken en werkt nauw samen met de teammanager en gedragsdeskundige. Samen vormen jullie een sterke driehoek waarin ontwikkeling, reflectie en kwaliteit centraal staan. Daarnaast sta je zelf midden in de praktijk. Ongeveer 70% van je werktijd bied je begeleiding aan cliënten. Juist doordat je meewerkt op de groep, weet je wat er speelt en kun je collega's optimaal ondersteunen. Verder: - Ben je samen met de persoonlijk begeleiders aanspreekpunt voor de dagelijkse zorg. - Coördineer je activiteiten en verbeterinitiatieven binnen de locatie. - Draag je bij aan een stabiel pedagogisch leefklimaat. - Werk je vanuit de visie van Triple C, waarbij je kijkt naar de behoefte achter gedrag en onvoorwaardelijke ondersteuning biedt.
