Radboud UMC · Nijmegen Over de vacature - 32 - 36 uur per week - parttime - Schaal 8aM - CV + Motivatiebrief + Extra upload mogelijkheden + Screeningsvragen - Opleidingsplaats - Ja - meeloopdag en assessment - Salaris: €3.810-€4.778 per month - Solliciteer voor 19 oktober 2026 Jouw functie Als Intensive Care verpleegkundige in opleiding bij het Radboudumc doorloop je een opleiding van ongeveer 20 maanden, waarin je zowel theorie als praktijk combineert. Het eerste jaar begint met vijf lesblokken bij de Radboud Health Academy, waarin je onder andere leert over vitale functies, cardiologie, beademing en nog veel meer. Tussen de blokken door pas je de geleerde theorie direct toe in de praktijk, waarbij je elke module afsluit met een theoretische toets of opdracht. Je werkt in een academische setting binnen een level-1 traumacentrum, waar je zorg verleent aan patiënten met hoog-complexe en uitzonderlijke aandoeningen, die vaak elders niet verder behandeld kunnen worden. Door de nieuwste behandelmethoden en voortdurende investeringen in medische innovatie en wetenschappelijk onderzoek, kun je bij ons het verschil maken voor patiënten en hun familie. In samenwerking met ervaren artsen, intensivisten en collega-verpleegkundigen leer je dagelijks van de praktijk en krijg je veel ruimte om zelf vorm te geven aan jouw leerproces. Jouw werkplek Als IC Verpleegkundige in opleiding werk je op een afdeling met ongeveer 250 verpleegkundigen. Binnen de IC hebben we 3 grote teams onder leiding van 2 zorgmanagers en 8 teamleiders. Daarnaast hebben we binnen de afdeling een Medium Care, een KinderIC en een Radboudumc Expertisecentrum voor Ontwennen van Beademing, die gespecialiseerd is in het ontwennen van de beademing.
