Als Intercedent bij TOPS ben jij de schakel tussen opdrachtgevers, medewerkers en recruitment. Jij weet wat er speelt bij klanten, houdt overzicht in lopende plaatsingen en zorgt dat de juiste kandidaten op de juiste plek terechtkomen. Je werkt nauw samen met de recruiter, onderhoudt actief contact met opdrachtgevers en bent continu bezig met kwaliteit, tevredenheid en commercieel resultaat. In deze rol draait het niet alleen om invullen, maar vooral om het opbouwen van sterke relaties en het creëren van duurzame samenwerkingen. Jij houdt de verbinding sterk, ziet kansen in de markt en zorgt dat medewerkers en opdrachtgevers zich gehoord en geholpen voelen. - Veel contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers en goed in beeld krijgen wat er speelt binnen hun organisatie - De juiste kandidaten plaatsen op passende opdrachten en zorgen voor een soepel traject - Nauw samenwerken met de recruiter om vacatures snel en succesvol in te vullen - Commercieel resultaat behalen door kansen te signaleren, relaties uit te bouwen en afspraken na te komen - De tevredenheid van medewerkers en opdrachtgevers monitoren, beheren en waar nodig bijsturen - Functioneringsgesprekken voeren met medewerkers en zorgen voor betrokkenheid en continuïteit - Bestaande relaties onderhouden en verder uitbouwen met focus op kwaliteit en lange termijn samenwerking Functie-eisen - Ervaring als intercedent, recruiter, accountmanager of binnen arbeidsbemiddeling is een sterke basis - Je bent commercieel ingesteld en weet hoe je relaties opbouwt en onderhoudt - Je communiceert makkelijk met opdrachtgevers, kandidaten en medewerkers op verschillende niveaus - Je houdt overzicht, schakelt snel en voelt goed aan wat er nodig is in een samenwerking - Hbo werk en denkniveau - Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en krijgt energie van zichtbaar resultaat Wat bieden wij
