Als Intercedent draait jouw werk om mensen, kansen en de juiste match. Je brengt kandidaten en opdrachtgevers bij elkaar en combineert recruitment, relatiebeheer en commercie in één veelzijdige functie. De ene keer help je een kandidaat aan een mooie nieuwe baan, even later zit je bij een opdrachtgever aan tafel of ga je op zoek naar nieuwe commerciële kansen. Stilzitten? Dat is er niet snel bij!

Jij kijkt verder dan alleen een cv. Je bent nieuwsgierig naar wat iemand kan, waar diegene energie van krijgt en welke werkomgeving écht past. Met jouw persoonlijke aanpak leer je kandidaten goed kennen en begeleid je ze van het eerste gesprek tot een mooie nieuwe stap. Ook met opdrachtgevers bouw je aan sterke relaties. Je weet wat er speelt, denkt mee over personeelsvraagstukken en ziet waar nieuwe kansen liggen. Je breidt bestaande samenwerkingen uit en maakt nieuwe klanten enthousiast over wat Perflexxion voor hen kan betekenen. Zo zie je direct resultaat van jouw werk: tevreden kandidaten, sterke klantrelaties én een vestiging die blijft groeien.

Dit ga je doen:- Kandidaten werven, spreken en begeleiden tijdens het volledige sollicitatieproces - Intakegesprekken voeren en zorgen voor de juiste match tussen kandidaat en opdrachtgever - Sterke relaties opbouwen en onderhouden met kandidaten en opdrachtgevers - Meedenken met opdrachtgevers en adviseren over personeelsvraagstukken - Commerciële kansen herkennen, bestaande samenwerkingen uitbreiden en nieuwe klanten benaderen - Zorgen voor een positieve candidate journey en customer journey en actief meedenken over hoe onze dienstverlening nóg beter kan
