Als Intercedent in de regio tussen Etten-Leur en Rotterdam ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor zowel klant als medewerker en zorg je ervoor dat alles achter de schermen én op locatie goed geregeld is. Als Intercedent ben jij de verbindende factor tussen opdrachtgever en uitzendkracht. Je brengt het grootste deel van de week door bij klanten in jouw regio. Hier onderhoud je relaties, signaleer je kansen en zorg je ervoor dat de dienstverlening optimaal blijft aansluiten op de behoeften van de opdrachtgever. Daarnaast bewaak je de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening, ondersteun je bij de opstart van nieuwe projecten en monitor je forecasts om tijdig op ontwikkelingen in te spelen. Op vrijdag richt je je voornamelijk op administratieve werkzaamheden zoals ziekteverzuim, vakantieplanning en rapportages. Deze werkzaamheden kunnen deels vanuit huis worden uitgevoerd. Gedurende jouw ontwikkeling ontvang je maandelijks coaching van de teamleider en werk je nauw samen met een team van zes intercedenten.
