- Interim HR Adviseur - Almere - • HBO - • 32-36 uur - • Parttime Over de functie Als HR adviseur werk je op strategisch niveau en vertaal je organisatiedoelen naar toekomstgericht HR-beleid. Je adviseert het management over zowel strategische als operationele HR-vraagstukken en begeleidt verandertrajecten en digitale transformaties. Daarnaast analyseer je HR-data en zet je deze om in praktische inzichten die bijdragen aan organisatieontwikkeling. Je ontwikkelt en implementeert leiderschapsprogramma's en initiatieven voor talentontwikkeling. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategische projecten en operationele taken, afhankelijk van de behoeften van de opdrachtgever. Je werkt samen in een professionele, open omgeving waar kennisdeling en persoonlijke groei centraal staan, met ruimte voor hybride werken en flexibiliteit in je aanpak. Wat we je bieden - Salaris tussen € 3.500 en € 5.000 per maand, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring. - Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op vast. - Parttime functie van 32 tot 36 uur per week. - 25 vakantiedagen en een reiskostenvergoeding. - Toegang tot diverse trainingen gericht op zowel vakinhoudelijke als persoonlijke ontwikkeling. - Persoonlijke begeleiding en coaching van een resourcemanager. Functie eisen - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in HR, waarvan 2 jaar strategisch. - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een relevante richting. - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, mondeling en schriftelijk. - Actuele kennis van arbeidsrecht, cao's en HR-beleid. - Ervaring met people analytics, talentontwikkeling en digitale transformatie.
