Met jouw expertise in sociaal beheer werk je aan betekenisvolle projecten om organisaties te helpen bij het vinden van duurzame oplossingen voor complexe vraagstukken. Je voert analyses uit, stelt aanbevelingen op en implementeert verbeteringsprocessen in samenwerking met diverse stakeholders. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van optimale resultaten, waarbij je de ruimte krijgt om zelfstandig te werken en te experimenteren binnen een ondersteunend team dat waarde hecht aan kennisdeling en samenwerking. - Adviseren en ondersteunen van woningcorporaties bij sociaal beheer en leefbaarheid. - Uitvoeren van analyses om processen te optimaliseren en aanbevelingen te formuleren. - Leiding geven aan projecten en implementeren van duurzame oplossingen binnen de organisatie. - Effectieve samenwerking met interne teams en externe stakeholders. - Bijdragen aan de professionalisering van de sector door middel van innovatie en kennisdeling. Functie-eisen Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, beschik je over een sterke achtergrond in sociaal beheer en projectmanagement. Je bent analytisch ingesteld en hebt een natuurlijke manier van samenwerken met diverse belanghebbenden. Dit zijn de eisen: - Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in sociaal beheer, bestuurskunde of maatschappelijk werk. - 3-5 jaar ervaring in sociaal beheer, bij voorkeur binnen de woningcorporatiebranche. - Aantoonbare ervaring met het analyseren en oplossen van complexe problemen. - Bewezen kwaliteiten in projectmanagement en procesverbetering. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden voor interacties met stakeholders.
