Voor een horeca-groothandel in Kampenhout zoekt Konvert een Intern Commercieel Medewerker. Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben jij het visitekaartje én de commerciële motor in de winkel. Dit is geen traditionele kantoor- of telefoon job: je staat fysiek op de werkvloer en hebt rechtstreeks contact met de klanten (Horecaondernemers). Je helpt hen niet alleen met hun dagelijkse inkopen, maar denkt proactief mee over hun zaak. Je ziet meteen kansen om de verkoop en marges te verhogen door eerlijk advies en gerichte suggesties te geven.

Voornaamste taken:

• Klantontvangst en verkoop: Je verwelkomt horecaprofessionals met enthousiasme in de winkel en adviseert hen gericht over het assortiment.

• Interne verkoop (upselling & cross-selling): Je benut commerciële kansen om extra verkoop te realiseren en marges te verhogen.

• Offertes en opvolging: Je stelt snel en nauwkeurig offertes op maat op en volgt deze op.

• CRM & administratie: Je verwerkt klantgegevens, afspraken en opportuniteiten zorgvuldig in het CRM-systeem.

• Relatiebeheer: Je bouwt aan een langetermijnband met vaste klanten door top service te bieden.
