The posting

  • Verlenen van interne salesondersteuning aan de Key Account Manager België voor grote zonne-installateurs en EPC-bedrijven.
  • Voorbereiden van studies en offertes in samenwerking met het engineeringteam, met aandacht voor technische en commerciële kwaliteit.
  • Communiceren met distributeurs in Ierland, het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Frankrijk en hun dagelijkse vragen opvolgen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan het verhogen van de verkoopvolumes bij distributeurs en kansen in de markt signaleren.
  • Uitdagingen bij klanten en distributeurs analyseren en onderbouwde oplossingen voorstellen.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met engineering om technisch advies te geven over montagesystemen en zonne-installaties.
  • Meebouwen aan een sterk distributienetwerk in de Ierse, Britse en Franse markt.
  • Afstemmen met interne teams zodat het volledige verkoopproces, van technische vraag tot aftersales, vlot verloopt.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van commerciële e-mails en documentatie richting B2B-klanten.
  • Gebruik van CRM- en ERP-systemen voor het registreren, opvolgen en rapporteren van verkoopactiviteiten.
  • Onderhouden van duurzame B2B-relaties, zowel in België als bij internationale distributiepartners.
  • Occasioneel deelnemen aan internationale bezoeken of meetings (circa 1 à 2 keer per jaar).
  • 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in interne salesondersteuning, bij voorkeur binnen de zonne-energiesector.
  • Sterke administratieve vaardigheden en vlot kunnen werken met CRM- en ERP-systemen.
  • Ervaring met het opstellen van commerciële e-mails en het beheren van B2B-relaties, inclusief distributiebeheer op afstand.
  • In staat om technische concepten rond montagesystemen en zonne-installaties te begrijpen en helder toe te lichten.
  • Vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Bereidheid tot sporadische internationale verplaatsingen (ongeveer 1 à 2 keer per jaar).
