Onze klant in Waregem is een familiaal bedrijf dat op maat gemaakte IT-oplossingen biedt die bedrijven helpen hun processen te optimaliseren en te digitaliseren.

Het gekende bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in softwareontwikkeling, systeemintegratie en het verbeteren van bedrijfsvoering door innovatieve technologieën.

Door de sterke groei kijkt ons enthousiaste team uit naar de komst van een ervaren Internal Sales.

Jouw Functie

Als Internal Sales ben je een cruciale schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers en het salesteam.

Je takenpakket omvat:

• Dagelijks contact met klanten en leveranciers en nauwe samenwerking met het externe salesteam.

• Opmaak, opvolging en verwerking van offertes en bestellingen: er wordt hiervoor een opleidingsperiode voorzien door de salesmanager.

• Beheer van klantendossiers via het CRM-systeem.

• Adviesverlening over Microsoft-Licenties en IT-Oplossingen: productenopleiding in het technische gedeelte wordt voorzien door uw collega pre-sales.

• (Administratieve) ondersteuning bij commerciële acties en interne salesprojecten.

·Je hebt minstens een drietal jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol binnen de IT-sector en bent vertrouwd met Microsoft-licenties.

·Je werkt gestructureerd, bent administratief sterk en houdt van orde.

·Je bent een vlotte communicator, denkt klantgericht en werkt graag samen als een echte teamplayer.

·Heb je ervaring in een commerciële buitendienstfunctie? Dan is dat mooi meegenomen.

·Je hebt een hands-onmentaliteit en je denkt actief mee met de klant.

·Je neemt graag initiatief en voegt de daad bij het woord.

·Je hebt goede kennis van Office-toepassingen, en je kan vlot overweg met (het aanleren van) het ERP/CRM-pakket Odoo.
