Ben jij administratief sterk én krijg je energie van klantencontact? Voor een groeiende onderneming zoeken we een Internal sales medewerker die klanten professioneel begeleidt en mee zorgt voor een vlotte interne opvolging.

Takenpakket

  • Je volgt klantenorders op van A tot Z en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking.
  • Je stelt offertes, orderbevestigingen en andere commerciële documenten op en volgt deze verder op.
  • Je beantwoordt klantvragen en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor praktische en administratieve zaken.
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met interne afdelingen zoals planning, productie en logistiek.
  • Je bewaakt afspraken, levertermijnen en openstaande acties.
  • Je onderhoudt klantenrelaties en volgt actief offertes en commerciële opportuniteiten op.
  • Je adviseert klanten telefonisch en via mail en denkt mee naar passende oplossingen.
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en werkt hiervoor samen met het sales team.
  • Je hebt een bacheloropleiding of relevante ervaring binnen commerciële binnendienst, sales support of customer service.
  • Je bent administratief sterk, nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je bent communicatief en klantgericht en haalt voldoening uit commercieel klantencontact.
  • Je neemt initiatief en kunt vlot omgaan met verschillende taken en prioriteiten.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook graag binnen een team.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede basiskennis Frans en kunt klanten professioneel te woord staan.
  • Kennis van Engels en/of Duits is een pluspunt.
