The posting

Als Internal Sales medewerker vervul je een veelzijdige rol. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klant en werkt hierbij nauw samen met de externe sales-collega's. Je volgt de bestellingen op van A tot Z. Je hebt hierbij contact met andere interne afdelingen.

  • je verzorgt de administratieve en commerciële verwerking van de aanvragen van de klanten en biedt op die manier ondersteuning aan jouw collega's van de externe sales
  • je houdt de klantgegevens en productfiches up-to-date in het systeem
  • je controleert de inkomende bestellingen volgens de afgesproken voorwaarden en verwerkt deze vervolgens nauwgezet in het ERP-systeem
  • je verzamelt alle nodige informatie om nieuwe artikelen te creëren in het ERP-systeem
  • je volgt de bestellingen op van A tot Z. Je staat hierbij in nauw contact met de verschillende interne afdelingen (productieplanning, transport, boekhouding, ...) alsook met de klant
  • je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor de klant en biedt ondersteuning bij vragen, klachten, opmerkingen over hun project/order
  • je maakt stalen klaar, informeert de klant en volgt de verzending ervan op
  • je bent in het bezit van een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • je werkt nauwkeurig en bent administratief sterk
  • je hebt kennis/ervaring met MS Office en ERP-systemen
  • je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte ingesteldheid
  • je houdt van een gevarieerd takenpakket en kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende projecten
  • je bent organisatorisch sterk en communiceert vlot met alle betrokken collega's
  • je denkt in oplossingen, bent proactief en durft initiatief te nemen
  • naast het Nederlands heb je een vlotte kennis van het Frans en Engels
  • je hebt ervaring met de retailsector
