Bij een machinebouwer in Hengelo werk je aan de automatisering van high-performance spuitgietmachines. De organisatie ontwerpt en bouwt machines waarbij snelheid, efficiëntie en betrouwbaarheid centraal staan. Als Internationaal Automation Engineer richt je je op de besturing die machinebewegingen, processtappen en bediening samenbrengt. Je vertaalt functionele wensen naar overzichtelijke automatiseringsoplossingen en houdt daarbij rekening met veiligheid, onderhoudbaarheid en een stabiel productieproces bij de gebruiker. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je softwarewerk met testen en het analyseren van machinegedrag. Denk aan PLC-logica, HMI-bediening en de afstemming tussen sensoren, aandrijvingen en procesregeling. Je stemt technische keuzes af met collega's uit andere disciplines en ondersteunt waar nodig bij inbedrijfstelling en storingsanalyse. Zo verdiep je je in machinebesturing en leer je hoe softwarekeuzes doorwerken in cyclustijd, productkwaliteit en beschikbaarheid van spuitgietmachines. Functie-inhoud - Functionele machine-eisen vertalen naar PLC-logica en bedieningsfuncties - Besturingssoftware testen op procesvolgorde, foutafhandeling en reproduceerbaarheid - Sensoren, actuatoren en aandrijvingen afstemmen binnen de machinebesturing - Machinegedrag analyseren en verbeteringen voor cyclustijd en processtabiliteit uitwerken - Inbedrijfstelling en technische ondersteuning bij internationale inzet begeleiden - Softwarewijzigingen documenteren en afstemmen met mechanische en elektrotechnische collega's Functie-eisen - Technische opleiding in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Ervaring met PLC-programmering en HMI-configuratie binnen de machinebouw - Inzicht in sensortechniek, aandrijvingen en industriële communicatie - Systematische aanpak bij testen, storingsanalyse en softwaredocumentatie - Aandacht voor machineveiligheid en onderhoudbare besturingssoftware - Bereidheid tot internationaal werken en voldoende Engels voor te.
