The posting

Bij een machinebouwer in Almelo werk je aan speciaal machines voor de verwerking van karton. Als internationaal commissioning engineer begeleid je deze machines van de Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) tot installatie en Site Acceptance Test (SAT) bij de klant. Je combineert kennis van PLC-besturingen, aandrijftechniek en mechanica om machines betrouwbaar te laten draaien en in bestaande productieprocessen te integreren. Daarbij ben je ongeveer 30 tot 50% van je tijd internationaal onderweg. Je denkt al tijdens engineeringreviews mee over het ontwerp en ondersteunt de assemblage met praktische technische kennis. Op locatie plan je de installatie, stem je af met lokale monteurs en los je storingen op. Je werkt nauw samen met Engineering en Service en koppelt je bevindingen terug naar het team in Almelo. Door operatortrainingen, uiteenlopende klantsituaties en opleidingsmogelijkheden verdiep je zowel je technische kennis als je vaardigheden in het begeleiden van inbedrijfstellingen. Functie-inhoud - Voer FAT-tests uit volgens protocol en verhelp afwijkingen ten opzichte van klantspecificaties. - Bereid internationale installaties voor, plan werkzaamheden en coördineer waar nodig lokale monteurs. - Stel machines in bedrijf, regel besturingen en aandrijvingen af en verzorg de SAT en overdracht. - Analyseer en verhelp elektrische, besturingstechnische en mechanische storingen. - Neem deel aan engineeringreviews en ondersteun productie en assemblage met praktijkkennis. - Rapporteer testresultaten en verbeterpunten en bespreek de voortgang met klant, Engineering en Service. - Train operators en lokale monteurs in bediening en onderhoud van de machines. Functie-eisen - Hbo-niveau in Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek, Industriële Automatisering, Maritieme Techniek of vergelijkbaar, verkregen via opleiding of ervaring. - Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen commissioning of machinebouw. - Goede kennis van PLC-besturingen, elektrische besturingstechniek..
