De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Europees Transportplanner:

  • Plannen en organiseren van dagelijkse transporten naar verschillende Europese landen.
  • Transportaanvragen van A tot Z in handen nemen en nauwkeurig opvolgen.
  • Zoeken naar de meest geschikte en efficiënte transportoplossing.
  • Afspraken maken met transporteurs en andere logistieke partners.
  • Opvolgen van transporten vanaf de aanvraag tot en met de uiteindelijke levering.
  • Administratief verwerken en correct beheren van transportdossiers.
  • Nauw contact onderhouden met transporteurs, collega's en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Snel schakelen wanneer planningen wijzigen of onverwachte situaties ontstaan.
  • Praktische oplossingen zoeken voor operationele uitdagingen.
  • Bewaken dat goederen op het juiste moment op de juiste bestemming aankomen.
  • Zelfstandig beslissingen nemen binnen jouw dossiers.
  • Samenwerken met collega's om de dagelijkse transportplanning efficiënt te laten verlopen.
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen bestaande processen en werkwijzen.

Onze klant Onze klant is een internationale logistieke speler die transport- en logistieke oplossingen organiseert binnen heel Europa. Vanuit de ruime regio Willebroek worden dagelijks goederenstromen gepland en opgevolgd in samenwerking met verschillende transportpartners. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar verantwoordelijkheid, samenwerking en een efficiënte dienstverlening centraal staan. Wie jij bent als Europees Transportplanner:

  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring binnen transportplanning of een gelijkaardige logistieke functie.
  • Een sterke interesse in transport en internationale logistiek is belangrijk.
  • Analytisch denken en oplossingsgericht handelen typeren jou.
  • Ook wanneer de planning onverwacht verandert, behoud je het overzicht.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en wacht niet af wanneer actie nodig is.
  • Administratieve opvolging doe je nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Contact met transporteurs en collega's geeft je energie.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar functioneert even goed binnen een team.
  • Flexibiliteit en een hands-on mentaliteit zijn vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Een basiskennis Frans is een mooie meerwaarde.
