International HR Specialist De rol: Als HR Specialist ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en managers binnen Europa en de rest van de wereld (RoW) voor alle onderdelen van de Employee Journey. Jij zorgt niet alleen voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering van HR-processen zoals onboarding, mutaties en offboarding, maar denkt actief mee over hoe we onze dienstverlening continu kunnen verbeteren. We zoeken iemand die energie uitstraalt, proactief handelt en klantgericht werkt. Jij begrijpt dat HR niet alleen om processen draait, maar ook om het creëren van een positieve ervaring voor onze medewerkers. Daarnaast heb je een projectmanagement mindset: je ziet kansen, neemt initiatief en weet verbeteringen door te voeren. Je hebt kennis van de Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving en bij voorkeur ervaring met HR-praktijken in landen zoals het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Frankrijk, Duitsland, Italië, Spanje en Australië. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een tijdige en nauwkeurige verwerking van personeelsadministratie en krijgt volop ruimte om verbeterprojecten op te pakken. Je werkt samen met collega's binnen het HR Operations EU / RoW team, dat bestaat uit een Team Lead, twee HR Specialisten en twee Payroll Specialisten. Daarnaast werk je regelmatig samen met het Compensation & Benefits team. Je bent minimaal drie-vier dagen per week op kantoor in Leiden, met af en toe aanwezigheid in Schaijk en Someren. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en managers bij HR-gerelateerde vragen, met een klantgerichte aanpak. - Ondersteunen van HR Business Partners bij diverse HR-vraagstukken. - Zorgdragen voor correcte en tijdige informatievoorziening richting Payroll en Compensation & Benefits. - Genereren en analyseren van HR-data en rapportages via het HRIS-systeem. - Coördineren van onboarding en offboarding processen voor medewerkers en contractors. - Up-to-date houden van personeelsdossiers en HR-documentatie, inclusief...
