Dankzij hun continue groei en klantgerichte aanpak zijn zij uitgegroeid tot een belangrijke speler binnen hun sector.Vanuit de vestiging in de regio Wilrijk werk je samen met collega's uit verschillende landen en culturen. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar initiatief, samenwerking en ownership sterk worden gewaardeerd.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je beheert het volledige order-to-cash proces, van orderverwerking tot facturatie en aftersales.
  • Je volgt bestellingen nauwgezet op en zorgt voor een vlotte levering naar klanten en distributeurs.
  • Je ondersteunt de Account Managers actief bij de commerciële opvolging van hun klanten.
  • Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten en distributeurs binnen de Afrikaanse markt.
  • Je adviseert klanten omtrent producten, prijzen en mogelijke alternatieven.
  • Je stelt prijslijsten op en ondersteunt bij prijsafspraken in overleg met sales.
  • Je coördineert dagelijks met verschillende interne afdelingen zoals productie, logistiek, marketing en sales.
  • Je optimaliseert container- en transportbeladingen.
  • Je verzorgt de volledige export- en verzenddocumentatie.
  • Je volgt internationale zendingen op en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling.
  • Je beheert Letters of Credit en andere exportgerelateerde documenten.
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten via upselling en cross-selling.
  • Je houdt klantgegevens nauwkeurig up-to-date in het CRM-systeem.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen Customer Service, Internal Sales of Sales Support.
  • Ook gemotiveerde juniors met interesse in export en internationale handel komen in aanmerking.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Engels en Frans.
  • Kennis van het Nederlands is een mooie plus.
  • Je houdt van frequent contact met klanten, distributeurs en interne stakeholders.
  • Je communiceert diplomatisch, professioneel en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt proactief mee met klanten en collega's.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer met een klantgerichte mindset.
