Je houdt continu overzicht, bewaakt de voortgang van transporten en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Als internationale transportplanner start je de dag met het beoordelen van de overdracht en zorg je ervoor dat alle lopende transporten soepel verlopen. Je schakelt snel wanneer situaties veranderen en werkt nauw samen met chauffeurs, charters en interne collega's om de planning optimaal te houden. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Opstellen en coördineren van internationale transportplanningen - Volgen van ritten en direct bijsturen bij afwijkingen - Afstemmen met chauffeurs, charters en interne teams - Verwerken en actualiseren van orders in transportsystemen - Signaleren en oplossen van operationele verstoringen - Voorbereiden van de planning en forecast voor de volgende dag Als internationale transportplanner maak je deel uit van een team van ongeveer 20 collega's en draag je dagelijks bij aan een betrouwbaar en efficiënt transportproces. De werktijden liggen tussen 07:00 en 19:00 uur. Wat bieden we jou - Salaris tussen €3.009,29 en €3.859,02 per 4 weken, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring. - Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. - Fulltime functie (32-40 uur per week) met vaste werktijden tussen 07:00 en 19:00 uur. - 27,5 vakantiedagen op fulltime basis voor een gezonde werk-privébalans. - Ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een groeiend familiebedrijf. - Werken in een professioneel en betrokken team met korte lijnen en een prettige werksfeer.
