Als interne Accountmanager ben jij samen met één direct collega verantwoordelijk voor een groep van ong 200 IT-resellers. Je bouwt mee aan de actieve klantenrelaties zodat alles soepel verloopt. Je houdt klanten op de hoogte van levertijden, volgt bestellingen op, denkt commercieel mee en signaleert kansen. Je bent hun vaste aanspreekpunt en zorgt dat ze alles hebben om succesvol te zijn. Klanten doen gemiddeld 50.000 tot 100.000 EUR aan bestellingen per jaar en het is aan jouw team de taak om aan de ene kant omzet te verhogen en aan de andere kant te zorgen dat bestellingen gemaakt worden via de webshop.

Je maakt deel uit van het B2B team dat zich voornamelijk richt op HW producten om een werkplek of vergaderruimte in te richten. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de commercieel directeur.

· Min 2 jaar ervaring in een commerciële binnendienstfunctie (B2B is een plus).

· Nederlandse, vlotte Franse en Engelse taalkennis is vereist.

· Je hebt energie, denkt in oplossingen en houdt van klantencontact

· Je bent proactief, commercieel ingesteld en teamgericht

· Je bent gestructureerd en kan meerdere klantenrelaties tegelijk beheren waarbij je tegelijk stressbestendig bent

· Je wil groeien in een organisatie waar je echt impact kan maken

· Excel, PowerPoint en MS office toepassingen (SAP is een plus)
