Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wie zijn wij? Dokwurk is het sociaal ontwikkelbedrijf in Noardeast-Fryslân. Wij ondersteunen mensen in hun ontwikkeling, zodat zij hun talenten kunnen inzetten en volwaardig kunnen meedoen in werk en maatschappij. We sluiten aan bij ieders mogelijkheden, ambities en ontwikkelpunten. Als interne coach draag je hier dagelijks aan bij. Je werkt samen met medewerkers, afdelingsleiders en voormannen/vrouwen aan ontwikkeling, werkplezier en een passende werkplek. Daarbij kijken we vooral naar wat iemand wél kan en hoe we dit zo goed mogelijk kunnen benutten. Wat ga je doen? Als interne coach ben je dagelijks zichtbaar en aanspreekbaar op de productievloer. Je werkplek bevindt zich op de afdeling. Je observeert medewerkers tijdens hun werkzaamheden, maakt gemakkelijk contact en weet wat er speelt. Je werkt nauw samen met de afdelingsleider en de voormannen/vrouwen en vormt samen met hen de driehoek rondom de medewerker. Je ondersteunt medewerkers bij hun ontwikkeling, talentontwikkelplannen en voortgang. Je signaleert ontwikkel- en scholingsbehoeften en bespreekt samen met de medewerker wat nodig is om zich verder te ontwikkelen. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het voorkomen van verzuim. Je signaleert tijdig wanneer een medewerker extra ondersteuning nodig heeft en bespreekt samen met de medewerker, afdelingsleider en voorman/vrouw passende oplossingen. Bij verzuim begeleid je de medewerker bij een duurzame terugkeer naar het werk. ...
