Dat is onderdeel van onze ambitie Vakkundig in verandering uit het beleidsplan 2024-2029. Er spelen daardoor intern veel verschillende projecten die impact hebben op medewerkers. We zoeken tijdelijk versterking om de druk op het team op te vangen. Jij stapt in op een aantal interne projecten en geeft adviezen aan de projectleiders, stelt communicatieaanpakken op, draagt zelfstandig zorg voor de uitvoering hiervan of werkt hiervoor nauw samen met een communicatiemedewerker. Met aansprekende communicatie zorg jij ervoor dat medewerkers geïnformeerd zijn, zich betrokken voelen en mee kunnen bewegen in de gewenste verandering.
