Als Interne Sales Medewerker volg je bestellingen van dealers en distributeurs van A tot Z op en stem je dagelijks af met klanten, productie en logistiek. Je combineert klantencontact met orderadministratie, transport en facturatie.

De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Interne Sales Medewerker:

  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor internationale dealers en distributeurs.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen over bestellingen, prijzen, planning, leveringen en facturatie.
  • Ontvangen, controleren en verwerken van inkomende orders.
  • Correct registreren van bestellingen in het interne systeem.
  • Afstemmen van de planning met productie.
  • Coördineren en administratief opvolgen van transporten.
  • Voorbereiden en verwerken van vervoersdocumenten.
  • Opvolgen van douanedocumenten en andere administratie rond internationale handel.
  • Opmaken en controleren van leverbonnen en facturen.
  • Bewaken van een correcte orderopvolging van bestelling tot levering.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte informatiestroom tussen klanten, productie en logistiek.
  • Zelfstandig opvolgen van dossiers en tijdig afstemmen met collega's wanneer nodig.

Onze klant Onze klant is een gevestigde Belgische fabrikant in de regio Lier met tientallen jaren ervaring in de productie van tuinserres. De producten worden internationaal verdeeld via een uitgebreid netwerk van dealers en distributeurs. Je komt terecht in een financieel gezonde familieonderneming met een internationale afzetmarkt, korte beslissingslijnen en een sterke focus op kwaliteit en samenwerking. Wie jij bent als Interne Sales Medewerker:

  • Commercieel-technisch ingesteld en administratief nauwkeurig.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
  • Kennis van het Duits vormt een pluspunt.
  • Vlot met IT en een grondige kennis van MS Office.
  • Ervaring met Word, Excel, Outlook en digitale toepassingen zoals Copilot is een troef.
  • Kennis van facturatiesoftware.
  • Vertrouwd met internationale handel en documenten zoals CMR's en douanedocumenten.
  • Kennis van goederencodes en btw-regels vormt een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk ingesteld.
  • Durft tijdig advies of ondersteuning te vragen aan collega's en leidinggevenden.
