Als internist-nefroloog bij het Curaçao Medical Center (CMC) maak je deel uit van een dynamisch en toegewijd team, waarin hoogwaardige patiëntenzorg centraal staat. Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de diagnostiek en behandeling van zowel klinische als poliklinische patiënten met nierziekten in de volle breedte van het vak. CMC levert ook niertransplantatie zorg in nauwe samenwerking met het Amsterdam UMC. Je wordt onderdeel van een toegewijd team van momenteel 4 FTE-internist-nefrologen. Samen zijn we verantwoordelijk voor een grote groep dialysepatiënten. We behandelen ruim 160 hemodialysepatiënten en 30 peritoneaal dialyse patiënten. De vakgroep interne geneeskunde omvat 15 internisten met gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid voor de opleiding, 24 uurs dekking van de acute interne geneeskunde en kwaliteitswaarborging. Wij zoeken/ wij bieden: Binnen deze functie verricht je onder andere de volgende werkzaamheden: - Je coördineert multidisciplinaire zorg voor chronische hemodialyse- en peritoneaal dialysepatiënten; - Je levert poliklinische zorg, waaronder pre-dialyse, en bereidt niertransplantaties voor inclusief de screening van levende donoren; - Je verleent acute dialy...
