Jouw werkzaamheden als Inventory Controller Als Inventory Controller binnen Broekman Logistics ben jij een belangrijke schakel in onze operatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de fysieke voorraad in onze warehouses in Alblasserdam klopt met de administratieve gegevens, zodat we onze klanten optimaal kunnen bedienen. De juistheid van artikelen en aantallen is een essentieel onderdeel van de klantenaccounts en jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Dagelijks volg je de in- en uitgaande transacties, voer je fysieke controles uit en zorg je dat het voorraadniveau correct blijft. Bij afwijkingen onderneem je direct actie om de oorzaak te achterhalen én op te lossen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen zoals customer service, operatie en bent de verbindende factor tussen hen en de klant met betrekking tot voorraad. Tegelijkertijd werk je zelfstandig en rapporteer je aan je direct leidinggevende. KPI's en voorraadverschillen houd je nauwkeurig bij en rapporteer je gestructureerd. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct en tijdig uitvoeren van inventory management en cycle counts per klant, waarbij je zorgt dat de gemaakte afspraken worden nagekomen. Ook wordt van je verwacht dat je proactief verbetervoorstellen aandraagt om zowel Broekman als de klant verder te helpen. Jouw profiel als Inventory Controller Zoals gezegd weet je er voor te zorgen dat ons voorraad altijd op orde is en kan je onze klant informeren met de nodige rapportages.
