The posting

Als Invoicing & Credit Control Support ondersteun je het Finance team bij de facturatie en debiteurenopvolging voor de activiteiten op het oostelijk halfrond. Je werkt nauw samen met de verantwoordelijke voor de klantenboekhouding en met de operationele teams. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat uitgevoerde werkzaamheden tijdig en correct worden gefactureerd.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Voorbereiden van verkoopfacturen.
  • Toewijzen van rechtstreekse kosten aan de juiste projecten.
  • Opvolgen van opgebouwde opbrengsten die nog niet gefactureerd zijn.
  • Samenwerken met de operationele teams om deze opbrengsten tijdig te factureren.
  • Ondersteunen bij de opvolging van openstaande klantenbetalingen.
  • Controleren of projectgegevens volledig en correct worden bijgehouden.
  • Beantwoorden en opvolgen van vragen van collega’s en klanten over facturen.
  • Aanleveren van documenten voor interne en externe audits.
  • Problemen of vertragingen tijdig signaleren aan de verantwoordelijke.
  • Uitvoeren van bijkomende administratieve taken binnen je functie.
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring met administratieve werkzaamheden.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgt openstaande zaken consequent op.
  • Je communiceert helder en klantgericht met collega’s en klanten.
  • Je kan goed samenwerken met Finance en de operationele teams.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van Solomon. Ervaring met SL7 of vergelijkbare software is relevant.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office, vooral Excel en Outlook.
  • Kennis van M-Files is een pluspunt.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels en hebt kennis van het Frans.
  • Je bent bereid je occasioneel naar een andere vestiging te verplaatsen.
