Aktuell gehören wir zu den Top-Playern am österreichischen Markt und möchten weiter wachsen - gemeinsam mit Ihnen! 1 IT-Allrounder mit Spaß an KI (m/w/d) für die REKORD-Franchise Zentrale in Villach.

Viele reden über KI. Wir setzen sie ein. Bei REKORD automatisieren wir Prozesse, bauen eigene digitale Lösungen und nutzen KI längst im Alltag - nicht als Schlagwort, sondern als Werkzeug. Du bekommst von uns genügend Zeit, dich einzuarbeiten, und wirst ein wichtiges Mitglied in unserem Team.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

* Prozesse automatisieren - vom Beleg per OCR bis zur KIAuswertung, quer durchs Unternehmen (n8n & Co.)

* Digitale Lösungen mit KI- und Webtechnologien mitgestalten - LLMs, Automatisierung, APIs und kleine Web-Apps; Interesse zählt mehr als perfekte

Vorkenntnisse

* Daten & Auswertungen aus unseren SQL-Datenbanken, dem MongoDB-CRM und RAG-Datenbanken

* Die Basis sicher halten - Server, Active Directory/Entra, Microsoft 365, Netzwerk, Backups, Monitoring

* Ab und zu entsteht dabei eine Schulung, Unterlage oder ein kurzes Video für die Kolleg:innen

Das bringst Du mit

* KI ist für dich Alltag, nicht Buzzword - du baust Prototypen und lernst ständig dazu

* Neugier und Lernbereitschaft - ein gutes technisches Grundverständnis zählt mehr als perfekte Vorkenntnisse

* Freude an kleineren Lösungen (Python, n8n, etwas Node/Angular) und Daten (SQL, gerne MongoDB), keine Scheu vor Power BI

* Eine solide Windows- und Netzwerk-Grundlage

* Mehrere Jahre echte Praxis, am liebsten aus einem kleinen Team

* Ob Lehre oder Studium ist uns egal - wichtig ist, was du kannst und dass du schnell lernst
