Als IT & Digitalisation Specialist combineer je systeembeheer, Microsoft 365 en digitalisering met slimme automatisering en AI om bedrijfsprocessen continu te verbeteren. Wat ga je doen?Voor onze opdrachtgever zoeken we een IT & Digitalisation Specialist die verantwoordelijk is voor het beheren, optimaliseren en verder ontwikkelen van de complete IT-omgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat systemen, netwerken, cloudomgevingen en werkplekken betrouwbaar functioneren en collega’s dagelijks kunnen rekenen op een veilige digitale werkomgeving. Naast het operationele beheer speel je een belangrijke rol in de digitale groei van de organisatie. Je signaleert kansen voor automatisering, ondersteunt IT-projecten en adviseert over de praktische inzet van AI en nieuwe technologieën binnen verschillende bedrijfsprocessen. Jouw werkzaamheden - Beheren, configureren en onderhouden van servers, netwerken, cloudomgevingen en werkplekken; - Ondersteunen van collega’s bij IT-, Microsoft 365- en telefonievraagstukken en oplossen van incidenten; - Beheren van gebruikers, rechten en identity management binnen de IT-omgeving; - Bewaken van informatiebeveiliging, compliance en IT-standaarden; - Meewerken aan digitaliseringsprojecten, procesoptimalisaties en de implementatie van nieuwe technologieën; - Afstemmen met interne afdelingen, externe IT-partners en het management over IT-ontwikkelingen en verbeteringen. Wat heb jij in huis? - Hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting ICT, Informatica of vergelijkbaar; - Ervaring met IT-beheer, systeembeheer en Microsoft 365-omgevingen; - Affiniteit met AI, automatisering en digitale procesverbetering; - Een analytische, hands-on en servicegerichte werkhouding; - Het vermogen om technische ontwikkelingen te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen voor de organisatie.
